My Journey
My work is deeply personal, shaped by both professional training and my own life experiences. Over the years, I’ve faced physical and emotional challenges that led me to explore diverse healing paths—from scientific methods to yoga, shamanic traditions, and ancestral practices.
These experiences helped me create a holistic approach that integrates body and mind. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of holding space for countless women, which has deepened my understanding and compassion.
I’m always learning and evolving, incorporating new methods to offer a truly comprehensive and adaptable healing experience.

I combine body-based techniques, sound healing, and the wisdom of nature to create a safe, supportive space for transformation.

• Sound Healing: Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into deep relaxation and harmony.
• Natural Remedies: Generations of herbal knowledge, enhanced by modern studies, to create hydrosols, oils, and tinctures that support healing.
